1. LEGO® Rights Disclaimer
We do not own the rights to LEGO® or any LEGO® products. All designs and custom builds featured on this website are original creations. LEGO® does not endorse or authorize this website or its products.
2. Intellectual Property
All custom designs provided on this site are the creator's intellectual property. Unauthorized use of these designs in videos, photographs, or digital media is prohibited unless the creator grants written permission.
3. Shipping and Handling
**We are not shipping any items to Ukraine or Russia due to the conflict in Ukraine**
Orders are typically processed within one to three weeks. This is due to the use of third-party suppliers and our quality check process. This timeframe may be extended if there is an issue with one of our suppliers.
We typically use two carriers, USPS and UPS, depending on which one is best suited for the delivery location. The current shipping methods available are standard shipping and Priority Mail (Priority Mail is available for U.S. orders only). More methods are in the works.
For U.S. orders, if you have not received a "shipped" email within one month of placing your order, please contact us via the Contact page.
Delivery may take longer for international orders (Canada, Australia, Europe). Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following Monday at 9:00 AM EST.
4. Instructions
Instructions are included with the purchase of a MOC. No need to purchase both the MOC itself as well as the instructions. After we ship your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the instruction file, tracking information, and other details about your order. Please check your spam/junk email folder if you do not see this email in your inbox. Free instructions are available via file download on the Instructions page.
5. Parts and Pricing
All parts used are LEGO® brand. We do not use off-brand parts.
Prices for bricks are subject to change due to fluctuations in the cost of materials.
A 7% sales tax is applied to all purchases made from the U.S.
Payment processing may take up to one week.
6. Damaged or Missing Parts
If parts arrive broken or missing, please refer to the part list included in the final pages of the instructions. Submit a contact form with the part number and quantity of the affected parts. We will send replacements at no additional cost.
7. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following refund guidelines:
Physical Products: Buyers are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds will not be issued.
Digital Products: Refunds are not available for downloadable instructions.

8. Reviews
If you'd like to leave a review of a product to inform other potential buyers about your experience, you can. All you have to do is:

Click "leave review" located towards the bottom of the page
Fill out the information required

Your email is not listed publicly.
You must have previously purchased and received the item you wish to review in order to leave a review. All reviews are checked prior to being published. Any reviews containing profanity or potentially sensitive information will not be published.
9. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and will not use your email for unsolicited communication. We use your email solely to:
Provide details about your order.
Notify you of replacement parts (if applicable).
Request feedback on your purchase.
You may opt-in to email marketing to get discounts, new product releases, or any other related news by checking the labeled checkbox at checkout. By checking this box, you consent to receive these emails. None of these will be sent to you if you leave the box unchecked.
If we need to get in touch with you for matters such as notifying you of delays, providing order information, or shipping updates, email will be our primary medium. Your address is retained solely for the purpose of sending replacement parts, if necessary.
We require a phone number at checkout just in case of an email typo. This is so we can contact you to get you tracking data for a shipment and any other critical information.
