What countries can I order from?

Currently, you can order from anywhere, but orders can only be shipped to areas in the United States (Alaska and Hawaii included), Canada, Australia, and all countries in Europe. (Due to the conflict in Ukraine, we will not be shipping any items to either Ukraine or Russia.) We are working to include more countries in the future. However, if you are buying instructions, since there is no shipping required, you can order instructions no matter where you are located in the world, as long as you have a valid email address.

What shipping methods are offered?

Currently, the only available method is standard shipping and Priority Mail (Priority Mail available for U.S. orders only). We usually use two carriers, USPS or UPS, depending on which is best for the delivery location. For more shipping information, check the "Shipping and Handling" section of our Terms of Service.

What payment methods are offered?

We now accept PayPal! This makes checkout much easier! We also accept most major credit and debit cards. We even accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and financing options like Affirm and Klarna. We also have Express Checkout! All payments are safe and secure.
